Put a frying pan on the fire with oil, onion, garlic and pepper, all well chopped. Suffering with little fire.
Once the vegetables are stir-fried, add a teaspoon of spicy red peppers and then the peas and cod (which must be desalted for at least one hour and changed the water a a couple of times)..
After a prudent little time you will put the rice, you will cook a little bit and then you will throw the boiling broth.
After about 20 minutes, you will have the rice ready.
