If you have purchased dried cod, must be 3 or 4 days soak, changing the water every day. You can also buy already soaked. It is advisable to leave 2 cuts per person.
Flour and fry cuts, until golden brown. Place them on a tray. Pouring red pepper.
In a pan with enough oil, hot, pour the garlic and parsley, (the garlic should be crisp). No let cool, we'll throw it over the cod.

NOTE: This is a variation we have adopted as cod can. Actually there is another variant they say is correct. But done so is easier to cook and is very good.
