Flour, fry the cod and set aside. In a casserole put, the oil that has fried the cod, the onion grated, the chopped garlic and make the sauce. When the sauce has half done, add the tomato.
Once the sofrito is ready, put 1/2 liter of water. Boil the water about 5 minutes and put the cod. If the water does not cover the cod, add more water. When it comes to boiling, add raisins, pine nuts and brandy.
After 10 minutes, put the hard boiled eggs (to be cooked previously) and the red pepper. Finally take the "picada", let cook 5 minutes and stop the fire.
