Coca de recapte (Roast vegetables and salty fish pie)

Spread a layer of pizza dough on an oven tray, which will have been covered with a sheet of aluminium.

Next, sprinkle the roasted vegetables over the pizza dough and add some salt. Distribute, with good taste, the salted sardines, olives, anchovies, etc. Dress with some oil and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 C°.

In 20 or 30 minutes it will be ready: the pasta is crispy and with a pleasant taste.

These pies can be stuffed with several ingredients, according to the taste of the people that will eat them.
