Put a good splash of oil, flour and salt the ox tail in the same pressure cooker that will be used.
We remove the meat once they are a little golden. Add all the vegetables to the pressure cooker and cook them with the same oil as the meat.
Return the meat to the pressure cooker along with the vegetables. Add the red wine and let it evaporate a little. We cover the content with the broth, cover the pot and let it cook following the indications of the pressure cooker that we have. It must be for meat that is difficult to cook, in mine I was 30 minutes.
Once the time has elapsed, let the pot evaporate. Open and remove the ox tail. The content that remains in the pressure cooker will be crushed with a blender.
Once it is well ground, put the meat back, cover the pressure cooker and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
Uncover the pressure cooker and serve. Bon apetit.
