Baked Monkfish tail


Clean lines, open them up and down like a book, on the sides of the spine and place them on a baking sheet.

Pour a little oil on top and sprinkle with red pepper.

Put over a layer of mayonnaise.

Place the baking tray in the oven (which will have heated to 180 degrees) for 10 to 12 minutes, no more, as the fish does not have to be never overcooked.
