Take the puff pastry and make 4 squares of the rectangular sheet.
Arrange a baking tray. Cover with silver paper, so that it can be separated once cooked. Go placing the squares of pasta that you have prepared. Place the bacon strips. Above, the cuts of meat and goat cheese. Put in the oven at 180? for 25 or 30 minutes.
Prepare in advance a sauce with spreadable cheese, melted butter, roquefort cheese and a little milk, to regulate the consistency of the sauce.
When you remove the pasta from the oven, add a few spoonfuls of the cheese sauce.
Serve warm and you will love it.
