Empanada of Tripes

We will prepare the tripe first in the same way that I explain it in the tripe recipe (http://enramoncuina.cat/en/callos.html).

Spread a sheet of pasta on a tray, which you will have covered with aluminium foil and a few drops of oil spread with a brush.

We spread the tripe above a try.

Paint the sides of the sheet with beaten egg with a brush. Then we will put the other sheet on top and begin to fold the sides so everything is tightly closed. Then we paint the whole sheet with egg brush strokes.

Put the tray in the oven at 180ยบ, fire up and down, for half an hour, or until it is golden.
