In a dish, slightly larger, distribute all the ingredients and leave the middle of the plate to place the baby broad beans.

Mix the baby broad beans with flakes of ham and salads with vinaigrette (oil, vinegar, black pepper and soya).



NOTE: The ingredients mentioned above, are not essential. You can use different types of cold meat and sausages (to taste) but I strongly recommend the baby broad beans, wich replace very well the Russian salad normally used.
