You have two options to cook the pork cheeks, pressure cooker or normal pot. With the second, the cooking will last longer.
Cook the cheeks, browning them a little. We remove them, add all the vegetables and cook them about 20 minutes. Add the cheeks, red wine, water and the broth pill. We cook it all together. With pressure cooker about 20 minutes, normal pot one hour.
Put the duck thighs in the oven at 200º, for about 10 minutes
Once cooked the duck thighs and cheeks it is necessary to shred all the meat, separating it from the bones.
The vegetables, which will have left the cooking of the cheeks, should be crushed and then strain. If it is too thick, we add water.
Take a pan, put all the meat inside together with the rice and cook a little. Before, you will have the broth or juice of the cooking very hot, which boils. Add a proportion of two tablespoons per 100 g of rice and after 15 or 20 minutes, when the water has been drunk, place it in the oven for 10 minutes.
Before serving let stand the pan for about 5 minutes.
