Vegetable Paella


Carving onion and grated tomato. Put enough oil and fry it to the pan. Add the chopped green and red peppers, asparagus, mushrooms and peas.

Once cooked, simmered, add the vegetable broth. When the paella boil put the artichokes and rice., Remove and leave about 15 minutes over high heat. If not cooked, lower heat slightly and let it finish the broth.

Let stand 5 minutes and serve.

NOTE: Do not put much of each vegetable, because it must be done carefully, because the excess would cease inferiority vegetables in the raw material is rice. It is a vegetable paella,not vegetables with rice.
