First we will boil 3 eggs for 10 minutes to make them hard.
Grate the carrot. Carve the garlic small. The pepper strips crumble them. Carve the parsley.
Take all the ingredients and mix them with the minced meat, in which we will add an egg, white and yolk, the pate and we will soften everything with the milk. If it is not compact enough, add a little breadcrumbs, until we have a compacted dough.
We take a deep tray, type to make "plum cake". We spread it with oil with a brush and put breadcrumbs on the bottom and sides, to avoid that once cooked the meat does not stick. After we put a layer of 2 cm of meat, we distribute the whole eggs and olives throughout the tray. Then we put the bacon strips and finally we finish adding the remaining meat on top. Squeeze the meat a little so that it is well compact. We pour a little oil on top and spread a very thin layer of breadcrumbs.
We put the tray in the oven at 180º for 30 minutes. Before turning off the oven, puncture the dough a little to see that it is cooked.
Let cool and you will see that it easily unlocks. A splendid cake will come out.
It can be eaten cold. I have accompanied it with grated carrot, salad with a vinaigrette.
It is a good meal for the summer.
