Take the whole picantones. Clean on the outside and inside. Add salt and pepper.
Start a stir-fry with the grated onion, the chopped garlic and the carrots cut in julienne.
Once made the stir-fry, place it on a baking sheet. Put in the baking sheet the poussins. Put the oven at 180º. Put some oil on the poussins and after about 10 minutes, brandy.
After 15 minutes, pour a glass of water over. Later add the plums. Go watering the poussin with the juice.
When browned, turn off the oven.
You can split them or serve them whole.
