Cut the chicken (not too large cuts). Add salt and pepper and fry.

Apart in a casserole we will put the oil used to fry the chicken and if necessary add a little more. We integrate the chopped garlic, peppers into strips and diced ham. Once we see it cooked add the chicken we have fried. We'll cook until it is fully impregnated with all the ingredients.

Served with the same casserole, so you can go taking advantage of juice and diced ham.
