Chop the onion and garlic and fry over low heat in a saucepan. Once well seasoned add octopuses in regular pieces, bay leaves and grated tomato. Cover the pan and braise the octopus.
A half cooked pour 1 liter of water and a bouillon cube fish, peeled and chopped potatoes, (breaking them so that they release all their starch), and continue cooking with the covered pot, to have it cooked.
Shortly before the end of cooking, check the salt and whether to add the necessary.
