While we put a pot or pan with water to cook the ravioli, we will make the sauce. This sauce should have the right taste of Majorcan sausage, not abuse.
Put a pan to the fire and add the butter and the Majorcan sausage (without the skin) (NOTE: I prefer to buy the Majorcan sausage inlaid, which they sell in the super in tubs). Make sure the Majorcan sausage is undone and then add the cheese and the cream. It should look like a cream.
Once cooked the ravioli, drain the water and cool a bit to the jet of faucet.
Put the ravioli in the pan, add the cream, stir well and put over grated cheese.
It can also be made with noodles and finally put parmesan cheese.
