In a large bowl, put the minced meat, the sausage (removing the skin), the 2 finely chopped garlic and finally the 2 eggs. Mix everything very well and add salt and pepper. If it is too juicy, add breadcrumbs to make a slightly compact dough.
Arrange all the mixture on a sheet suitable for the oven and roll up, being cylindrical. Place on a tray and bake at 180º for 25 or 30 minutes. Take out and let cool.
Put the puff pastry (a little spread with the rolling pin) in the oven that you will already have hot. And at the same temperature, let the pasta brown.
Cut the pasta into 4 portions. Also the meat with slices of 3 or 4 centimeters, which you will place on each portion of puff pastry.
Make a cream cheese with a little milk and pour over the meat.
Serve hot or rather lukewarm to be able to consume without burning yourself.
