First flour and fry sardines, salted, with abundant oil.
In an earthenware dish put the remaining oil with the frying oil sardines. We will put sardines in the earthenware dish, we will put the bay leaves, whole garlic head and put it over moderate heat.
When boiling oil, we will put carefully all the vinegar (careful, vinegar can be fire). Add the hot peppers. Cook for about 10 minutes and remove from heat.
I advise that let stand a few hours before consuming. Better if allowed to stand 24 hours.
