Stewed cuttlefish With Green peas, artichokes and Black sausage


Clean and chop the cuttlefish, keeping the sauce (if cuttlefish is too big just a piece will be used). Cut the onion (or scratch) and chop the garlic. Also we prepare scratched tomatoes.

In a pan with oil, fry the onion and garlic. Then add the cuttlefish and the part of the saved sauce. Bake about 10 minutes and pour the tomato.

When we see the sofrito ready, add the peas.

Remove all the hard leaves and the tips of the artichokes. With the tender part of the artichokes we will reduce into segments, that we are added to the stew. The artichokes, I recommend that put about 10 minutes before to prevent break up.

Five minutes before end of cooking add the black sausage.

Close the heat and serve.
