Tagliatelle with Majorcan sausage sauce


It is a simple recipe, but we find it very pleasant. We make it often and also with other types of pasta.

We put water in a large saucepan and when it boils, we add the pasta. It must remain al dente.

In a frying pan we put a little butter and the sobrasada, making sure that it melts with little fire. Then we will add the cream cheese. We let it fall apart, and finally add the milk cream. We must try to obtain a slightly thick sauce, without ever removing a wooden spoon.

Remove the paste from the fire. Drain it and put it, again, in the same container in which it was cooked. Pour the sauce on top and mix. Add some grated cheese.
