Meat tartar


Take the meat and chop it very small, with a knife (never carve it by machine). Reserve in a bowl.

Add the finely chopped onion to the meat. We also add the capers, mustard, Perrins and Tabasco drops. Add the salt and black pepper, and then mix everything together.

Cover the bowl with kitchen paper and leave in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.

When preparing the dish, it is done using a cooking ring if you have one. If not, manually make a hill. At the top, make a space to place the egg yolk.

It can be accompanied with toast.

It is another way of eating meat and it is very tasty.
