Choose and wash cabbage, peel the potatoes and cut into squares. Boil in a pot with enough water.

Having prepared a pan, generously oil, which will have passed the garlic and bacon, that we will remove and reserve, without leaving it completely cooked. Pour the cabbage and potato and try to go cook over medium heat, constantly mashing with a fork until the ingredients look like a dough. This is a "trinxat".

Finally we will finish cooking, good fry, bacon and spend the black sausage also for the pan.
