Beans with squid and blood sausage


Chop the onions and garlic. Once golden add 1 tablespoon of fried tomato.

Add the squid, clean and in pieces. Spend it about 15 minutes. Pour the beans and a glass of stale wine. Add mint and bay leaf.

Towards the end, so that it does not fall apart, throw the black sausage.

After about 10 minutes you can close the fire and let it rest for a while.
